Distribution and quantification of remotely generated Wigner negativity

چکیده

Wigner negativity, as a well-known indicator of nonclassicality, plays an essential role in quantum computing and simulation using continuous-variable systems. Recently, it has been proven that Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen steering is prerequisite to generate negativity between two remote modes. Motivated by the demand real-world network, here we investigate shareability generated multipartite scenario from quantitative perspective. By establishing monogamy relation akin generalized Coffman-Kundu-Wootters inequality, show amount cannot be freely distributed among different Moreover, for photon subtraction -- one main experimentally realized non-Gaussian operations provide general method quantify remotely negativity. With this method, find there no direct Gaussian steerability Our results pave way exploiting valuable resource numerous information protocols based on scenario.

Quantification of Radicals Generated in a Sonicator

The hydroxyl radical (OH•) is a powerful oxidant produced as a consequence of cavitation in water. It can react nonspecifically in breaking down persistent organic pollutants in water into their mineral form. It can also recombine to form hydrogen peroxide which is very useful in water treatment. In this study, terephthalic acid (TA) and potassium iodide dosimetry were used to quantify and inve...

Fourth moments reveal the negativity of the Wigner function

The presence of unique quantum correlations is the core of quantum-information processing and general quantum theory. We address the fundamental question of how quantum correlations of a generic quantum system can be probed using correlation functions defined for quasiprobability distributions. In particular, we discuss the possibility of probing the negativity of a quasiprobability by comparin...

Eigenvector Distribution of Wigner Matrices

We consider N×N Hermitian or symmetric random matrices with independent entries. The distribution of the (i, j)-th matrix element is given by a probability measure νij whose first two moments coincide with those of the corresponding Gaussian ensemble. We prove that the joint probability distribution of the components of eigenvectors associated with eigenvalues close to the spectral edge agrees ...
